PUBLIC INFORMATION ADVISORY

WHAT:         Richmond City Council will hold a special meeting to (i) consider a motion to remove Ordinance No. 2025-226 from the Finance and Economic Development Standing Committee’s October 15, 2025, agenda and place such ordinance on the Council’s October 14, 2025, formal meeting agenda; and (ii) introduce (a) an ordinance to authorize the Chief Administrative Officer to accept funds from the Virginia Department of Energy; (b) an ordinance to authorize the special use of 3609 Cottrell Road, 3616 Cottrell Road, 4611 Walmsley Boulevard, and 4705 Walmsley Boulevard; (c) an ordinance to authorize a proposed tourism project at 921 Myers Street; and (d) an ordinance to authorize a proposed tourism project at 1600 Roseneath Road.

WHEN:        Monday, October 6, 2025, at 4:00 p.m.
The regularly scheduled Organizational Development Standing Committee meeting, scheduled for the same date and time, will take place at the conclusion of the special meeting.
