Data Request
The Assessor’s Office offers Public Data Sets as well as Transfers and Market Sale Reports. This data can be accessed free of charge in Excel format below. Files are updated on or about the 15th of each month.
The Assessor's Office does not make custom databases or queries.
The Assessor's Office has a Public Data Set which is comprised of three files with detailed information on each parcel in the city. This set of files contains: address/legal description data, land and building characteristics, ownership information, and assessment history.
