The Office of Immigrant and Refugee Engagement strengthen connections between Richmond’s immigrant communities and City services. We provide information, resources, and advocacy to ensure equitable access and meaningful engagement for all residents. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of immigrants and refugees by increasing their access to City and community-based services and resources, and by promoting education and civic participation.
