Important Notice:

The Richmond City Department of Social Services is in the process of moving to 300 E. Franklin Street. 
The department will release the Grand Opening date for that location once it has been finalized. 
Additional updates will be shared as the specific timeline for the closure of Marshall Plaza is finalized.

Department of Social Services (DSS) in-person services will remain available at the Southside Community Services Center as existing in-person DSS services at the Southside Community Services Center will not be impacted during the move.
