Welcome to the City of Richmond! As the Richmond’s Chief Administrative Officer, it’s my responsibility to implement the Mayor’s objectives and to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the City’s departments and offices. That means making Richmond the best place for folks to live, work, run a business, relax, or even come for a visit. 

Below you’ll find my team and the departments and offices they oversee. Their hard work impacts the lives of so many Richmonders in ways both big and small—from affordable housing to public swimming pools. It is an absolute privilege to work alongside thousands of dedicated public servants each day on behalf of the City’s residents and stakeholders.
