OpenGov
The City of Richmond is currently using OpenGov for solicitation development, to include evaluations and awards. OpenGov is a best-in-class automated, procurement software solution. The system is intuitive and transparent for city officials, suppliers and the community. Project Managers and Procurement Analysts collaborate to develop solicitations within OpenGov. Bidders and Offerors questions are responded to in OpenGov, which allows open communication. OpenGov offers greater competition and better services for the City of Richmond.
All bids and proposals are to be submitted electronically through OpenGov, located at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/rva until, but no later than the time and date listed for the solicitation.

The Department of Procurement Services has been working closely with partner agencies to proactively share upcoming opportunities with potential suppliers prior to the formal solicitation process.
