WHAT:      Richmond City Council will hold a special meeting to consider Ord. No. 2022-150, to amend Ord. No. 2021-040, adopted May 24, 2021, which adopted the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 General Fund Budget and made appropriations pursuant thereto, by changing the uses and allocation of the Council District Funds for the Fifth District pursuant to Va. Code § 15.2-2503 for the use of the Council Member in  the representation of the Fifth District; Ord. No. 2022-151, to amend Ord. No. 2021-040, adopted May 24, 2021, which adopted the  Fiscal Year 2021-2022 General Fund Budget and made appropriations pursuant thereto, by changing the uses and allocation of the Council District Funds for the Seventh District pursuant to Va. Code § 15.2-2503 for the use of the Council Member in the representation of the Seventh District; Ord. No. 2022-152, to amend Ord. No. 2021-040, adopted May 24, 2021, which adopted the Fiscal  Year 2021-2022 General Fund Budget and made appropriations pursuant thereto, by changing the uses and allocation of the Council  District Funds for the Eighth District pursuant to Va. Code § 15.2-2503 for the use of the Council Member in the representation of  the Eighth District; Ord. No. 2022-154, to authorize the Chief Administrative Officer, for and on behalf of the City of Richmond, to  execute a Grant Contract between the City of Richmond and Urban Baby Beginnings for the purpose of providing relief services to WIC  eligible families experiencing financial difficulty relating to the shortage of infant formula; and Ord. No. 2022-156, to extend the  due date for tangible personal property and machinery and tools taxes from Jun. 6, 2022, to Aug. 5, 2022, for the tax year commencing  Jan. 1, 2022; a motion to have committee referral waived for Ord. No. 2022-155 and Res. No. 2022-R031; to introduce for expedited consideration a resolution related to the Master Plan; and to introduce for expedited consideration a resolution related Council District Funds.
