The following two emergency shelters open at 5:00 p.m. and close at 8:00 a.m. the next morning.

  • Women and Children Only: 2807 Hull Street (Operated by RVA Sister's Keeper)
  • Men Only: 1901 Wall Street (Behind the United Nation's Church)
