WHAT:          Richmond City Council will hold a special meeting (i) to introduce an ordinance to make amendments to the general fund and internal service fund budgets, (ii) to introduce an ordinance to authorize a gun buyback program pursuant to Va. Code § 15.2-915.5 together with a grant contract associated with such program, (iii) to introduce for expedited consideration a resolution to authorize the expenditure of Council District Funds for printing services for the First District, and (iv) to introduce for expedited consideration a resolution to authorize the expenditure of Council District Funds for printing services for the Second District.
