Public Hearing: Proposed Chesapeake Bay TMDL Action Plan
The City of Richmond Department of Public Utilities (DPU) is seeking public input on its draft Chesapeake Bay TMDL Action Plan from August 6, 2026 through August 22, 2026. The DPU Director will hold a hearing on August 19, 2026 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at 730 E. Broad Street, Richmond, VA 23219 at which time any person may appear and provide comment on the Action Plan. Written comments may be provided to DPU's Water Resources Team ([email protected]) through 8/22. A summary of comments, and any revisions made as a result of public participation, will be included in the final Action Plan.
