As part of regular maintenance work, contractors will be performing water pressure and disinfection tests on a new water main around the Byrd Park Reservoir and Arthur Ashe tennis courts on Wednesday, February 16 through Friday, February 18. There will be minimal impacts to wastewater and water supply lines during this activity as the lines being tested do not currently connect to lines in use. Monday, Feb. 21 -Friday, Feb. 25, testing will continue. Passers-by may notice water being flushed into the storm sewers along Police Memorial Way near the Trafford Pump Station south of the reservoir and work crews and equipment in the area during this process.
