Randolph Community Center is located in the west end of the city of Richmond. Amenities include a full gymnasium with a stage, multipurpose room, game room, fitness center that is equipped with weights. The center also has a teen center and computer lab. Outside, there are two tennis courts, two basketball courts, a soccer field and a pool. It is also handicap accessible.

The center offers recreational programs in the areas of sports, fitness, martial arts, cultural activities, self-improvement, games and special events. The center hosts camps, workshops, and after school fun club and a teen club.
