WHAT:           Richmond City Council will hold a Special Organizational meeting for the election of new officers, and for the introduction and expedited consideration of a resolution to designate which Council members shall serve on Council’s Standing Committees and the various boards, commissions, and other collegial bodies on which Council members serve.
