Back on Track with DPU
Behind on your City of Richmond gas or water bill? The Department of Public Utilities (DPU) is offering a limited-time opportunity to help eligible residential and commercial customers get back on track.
Back on Track with DPU is designed to support financial stability by helping customers address past-due balances and move forward with manageable payment options.

Back on Track allows eligible customers to reset their account and enroll in an interest-free PromisePay payment plan with repayment terms of up to 24 months.
Customers who qualify may be able to bring their account current or establish a new payment plan—even if they are already enrolled in one.
The program is available for a limited time through March 31.
Eligibility is based on account status and other program criteria.
