WHAT:         Richmond City Council will hold a special meeting to introduce an ordinance to authorize the Chief Administrative Officer, for and on behalf of the City of Richmond, to accept a donation of personal property including the Robert E. Lee statue, pedestal blocks, and associated artifacts, valued at approximately $12,000,000.00, from the Commonwealth of Virginia.
