WHAT:          Richmond City Council will hold a special meeting to introduce an ordinance to re-appropriate certain CDBG and CDBG-CV monies for inclement weather shelter purposes and an ordinance to transfer $615,000 to a new Non-Departmental agency line item for the purpose of providing a grant to an eligible recipient for inclement weather shelter purposes.
