What we do
Human Resources recruits, trains, and supports staff across their working lives at the City of Richmond. The Human Resources team manages employee benefits, including wellness activities; manages rules and regulations including the City's collective bargaining agreements; and works to make sure that the City of Richmond remains an Employer of Choice for our region.
