Construction of a New City Hall
Project Summary and Scope
This project will identify a site and construct a new seat of government. The existing City Hall located at 900 E. Broad Street is over 50 years old and for decades has been showing signs of deterioration. There has been countless ongoing sprinkler, HVAC, cooling tower, electrical and plumber issues that continue to plaque facility maintenance with astronomical cost.
An architectural firm has been contracted to develop a space needs assessment to determine square foot needs for a new edifice and determine occupants of the new seat of government.
