The City of Richmond is committed to providing a productive, efficient, and friendly experience for all employees. To successfully attain this mission, the Department of Human Resources maintains an Exit Interview Program for separating employees.
The goal of this program is to collect candid feedback on the employment experience from separating employees who are willing to volunteer such information.
The Exit Interview Survey, hosted by Survey Monkey, an independently operated website, allows separating employees an opportunity to provide this valuable information about their experiences confidentially, which ultimately guides the city in identifying opportunities workplace environment improvements.
