This week Crime Stoppers needs the public’s help in solving a case that has gone cold in the City of Richmond.

On September 6, 2016 just shortly after 1am in the morning, Richmond Police responded to the 2700B of Hull St for a person shot. The officers located the victim William “NOONIE” Norwood lying on the ground suffering from a gunshot wound. The officers went to provide aid to the victim but he died from his injuries.

Investigators have received information about possible suspects, but need additional information to make an arrest.
