WHAT: Richmond City Council will hold a special meeting, at which the Honorable Mayor Levar M. Stoney will present the proposed FY 2024 Richmond government budget, and for the introduction and expedited consideration of a resolution to authorize the utilization of the construction management procurement method for the construction of the Thomas B. Smith Community Center and the Lucks Field Community Center projects.
