PUBLIC INFORMATION ADVISORY

WHAT:          Richmond City Council will hold a special meeting to introduce:

                       (i)    Resolution No. 2025-R047, to approve the issuance by the Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority of its multifamily housing revenue bonds in amount up to $40,000,000 for the acquisition, construction, and equipping of the approximately 288-unit multifamily residential rental housing project to be known as Rady Flats at 2811 Rady Street in the city of Richmond;

                       (ii)    Resolution No. 2025-R048, to approve the issuance by the Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority of its multifamily housing revenue bonds in amount up to $45,000,000 for the acquisition, construction, and equipping of the approximately 234-unit multifamily residential rental housing project to be known as Joyfield at German School Road located at 250 East German School Road in the city of Richmond; and

                        (iii)    Resolution No. 2025-R049, to approve the issuance by the Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority of its multifamily housing revenue bonds in amount up to $9,000,000 for the acquisition, construction, and equipping of the approximately 77-unit multifamily residential rental housing project at 101 West Commerce Road in the city of Richmond.

          The regularly scheduled Organizational Development Standing Committee meeting, scheduled for the same date and time, will take place at the conclusion of the special meeting.
