WHAT:           Richmond City Council will hold a special meeting to introduce and consider an expedited  resolution appointing a Council Liaison, and to consider a motion to amend and continue ORD. 2022-273, which (i) declares surplus and directs the sale of a portion of the City-owned real estate known as 2101 Commerce Road, consisting of 1.546 acres ±, for nominal consideration  to 2107 West Commerce LLC and (ii) retains certain easements for the purpose of providing access from the public right-of-way to an adjacent parcel of real estate known as 2107 Commerce Road, to revise the City Code reference from section “8-34” to section “8-58” and to change “West Commerce Properties LLC” to “2107 West Commerce LLC.”
