VPM announced today that they will build a new, state-of-the-art headquarters on E. Broad Street in Historic Monroe Ward in the heart of downtown Richmond.

On May 8, 2023, the City of Richmond City Council unanimously voted to move forward with the development agreement between the City and RVA Diamond Partners, LLC. 

Negotiations with RVA Diamond Partners for the $2.44 Billion transformational redevelopment of the 67-acre Diamond District site were finalized on April 24, 2023.
