WHAT:        Richmond City Council’s Land Use, Housing and Transportation Standing Committee regular meeting time has changed.

WHEN:        Tuesday after the 3rd Monday of every month at 1:00 p.m. 12:00 p.m.

* Meetings will be held through electronic communication means pursuant to and in compliance with Ordinance No. 2020-093, adopted April 9, 2020, as most recently amended by Ordinance No. 2020-232, adopted December 14, 2020, until further notice.  Meetings will be open to participation through electronic communication means by the public and closed to in-person participation by the public.  Less than a quorum of the Land Use, Housing and Transportation Standing Committee will assemble for meetings in the Council Chamber on the 2nd floor of City Hall at 900 East Broad Street in Richmond, Virginia 23219, and most committee members and other staff will participate by teleconference/videoconference via Microsoft Teams.

WHAT:         Richmond City Council’s Governmental Operations Standing Committee regular meeting dates and time have changed.

                     4th Wednesday of every month at 2:00 p.m.

Public Information Advisory - January 4, 2021 Organizational Meeting at 4:00 p.m.

WHAT:     Richmond City Council will hold a Special Organizational meeting for the administration of oaths of office of newly-elected Council Members; for the election of new officers; for the introduction and expedited consideration of a resolution to adopt Rules of Procedure pursuant to Richmond City Charter § 4.06; hold a closed meeting pursuant to section 2.2-3711(A)(1) of the Virginia Freedom of Information Act to discuss a personnel matter related to the Interim Council Chief of Staff; and for the introduction and expedited consideration of resolutions concerning the operations of the newly-elected City Council.

                   4:00 p.m.

                 *The regularly scheduled Organizational Development Standing Committee meeting will take place at the conclusion of the Special Organizational meeting.

WHERE:   This meeting will be held through electronic communication means pursuant to and in compliance with Ordinance No. 2020-093, adopted April 9, 2020, as most recently amended by Ordinance No. 2020-232, adopted December 14, 2020.
