• Electrical Plan Review Requirements 
  Electrical Requirements Revised for 04/04/2024. Older versions should not be used.
• Electrical Handout Checklist - This is required for all new electrical commercial permit applications.
• Electrical Handout-Emergency Light Compliance Form - This is required for all projects requiring emergency lighting.  This document is not required to be reviewed by a City plan reviewer.  This document must be uploaded to the permit number through the City's Online Portal.
• Electrical Handout-Coordination Study Checklist - This is required for all projects requiring coordination based on the National Electrical Code.
• Electrical Permit Application - issued for new electrical work performed on private property either inside or outside of a building.
• Fire Alarm Plan Review Requirements 
  Fire Alarm Requirements Revised for 07/01/2022.  Older versions should not be used.
• Fire Alarm Handout-Checklist - This is required for all new fire alarm permit applications.
• Fire Alarm Permit Application - issued for new installations and upgrading of existing systems.
• Gas Piping Permit Application - issued for gas piping and gas appliance installation.
• Mechanical Plan Review Requirements – issued for HVAC, ventilation, penetrations of fire or smoke resistance rated assemblies, kitchen hoods, storage tanks installation. 
• Mechanical Permit Application - issued for installation of heating, cooling, refrigeration and ventilation.
• Plumbing and Gas Plan Review Requirements
• Plumbing Permit - issued for new installations and remodeling of building plumbing systems.
• Public Utilities also issues a gas permit to cover the installation of a new service or upgrade of existing service.
  Security Projects do not require plans, only a permit.
