Annual Budget Documents
Every Fiscal Year, The Department of Budget and Strategic Planning produces four budget documents. These documents include the:
- Proposed Fiscal Plan;
- Proposed Capital Improvement Plan (CIP);
- Adopted Fiscal Plan;
- Adopted Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
The Proposed Fiscal and Capital Improvement Plans represent the Mayor's budget proposal to City Council for both City Operations (Fiscal Plan) and Infrastructure Improvement (CIP). The Adopted versions of these documents represent the final funding decisions made by City Council at the end of the amendment process.
